Quality. Our chefs choose the freshest quality ingredients, knowing that good nutrition is a vital component of a healthy lifestyle. Variety. More than 15 locations to choose from at the Alumni Memorial Union, Residence Halls and the Brew Cafés. Flexibility. There are dining options available from early morning until midnight, providing meals to fit the lives of busy college students.

Marquette University offers the variety students are looking for. Dining choices include everything from Einstein Bros. Bagels for breakfast to sushi for lunch to authentic Italian specialties for dinner.

* Unused meals carry over from the fall semester 2009 to the spring semester 2010; unused Dining Dollars do not. No carryovers into the fall 2010.

Residence Hall Dining Rooms

A variety of delicious and healthful menu selections are served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in Cobeen, Straz Tower, McCormick, and Mashuda Halls. Daily menus include vegetarian options, home-style favorites, made-to-order entrées, international entrées, pizza, and grilled fare, as well as full salad bars, fruit, and desserts. Late night dining, and holiday and theme dinners are all included.

Café Italiano
Café ItalianoExperience the flavors of Italy at Schroeder Hall.
This dining location offers continental breakfast and Italian specialties for lunch and dinner. Enjoy your favorite pasta dishes, classic entrées, grilled sandwiches, pizza, soup and salad, and desserts. Take-out is available on select evenings as well.

Brew Cafes A great place for a Café Au Lait. Espresso Caffe Americano, Mocha Latte, Breve, Cappuccino, and many more Stone Creek coffee specialty drinks as well as tea, juice, and bottled beverages. On the menu: Fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, sandwiches, salads and delicious bakery.
